What does the process look like to book a session?

Once you have reached out to me, I will get in touch with you about what kind of session you want, available dates, and other details. Once everything has been decided, I will send over a contract for you to sign, an invoice to pay the retainer fee, and a questionnaire to get to know you better, and then your session will be set! If your package includes a pre-planning call, I will also get in touch with you over the phone, via video chat, or in-person to discuss what you want your session to look like.

How much does a session cost?

Sessions vary in cost. To see the full breakdown of my package and pricing information, check out the "Investment" page.

Are your packages customizable?

Absolutely! One size does not fit all. If you have a customization that you want but don't see on the page, contact me, and I will try my best to accommodate your needs.

How many outfits can I wear in a session?

As many as you want! As long as they can all fit within the timeframe of your session, you can change your outfit as often as you would like.

What happens after a session?

After a session is complete, you can sit back and relax! I will begin culling, editing, and adding the finishing touches to your images. Then I will send them back to you ready to download! Usually, I will share some photos from your session on my Instagram page @madalynharrphotography, too!

When will I receive my images?

Excluding weddings, unless other terms have been decided on, images should be digitally available to you by 3 weeks from the date of your session.

How will I receive my images?

When your images are finalized, you will receive an email from me with a link to your photo gallery where you can download, favorite, comment on, and share the images. That email will also include a PIN that is required before downloading any images.

Will I be able to share my images on social media?

Yes, you can share your images on social media. Tagging @madalynharrphotography is always encouraged but not required unless otherwise determined.

Can I order prints from you?

I currently do not offer prints.

Do you travel?

I do travel! Travel is included within 30 miles of Fort Worth, TX. Locations beyond this may incur a travel fee. Extended travel may require additional accommodations.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?
